Nix the phoenix, nix the rose bud, nix anything else. THIS is THE first tattoo I am getting. Just gotta find an artist. I know who I'd like to do it, but I don't think she'd like that. Maybe when Kyle and I were still together. LOL

A nautical star. A nautical star means "guidance". It is often used for sailors. And my grandfather (R. I. P.) was a sailor. And it's going behind my left ear. That's the actual size and coloring I want too. Is a little bit bigger than my index fingertip. Probably about as big as my big toe.

This is All Nik's Fault

I'm back to thinking about getting inked. I'd get the inside of each wrist done. I want a symbol for understanding on one and a symbol for guidance on the other. I just don't know which ones. I'm thinking of using a symbol that is of Dutch origin. I definitely don't want Kanji. Maybe I'll put them on my ankles. Although, wrist seems more "handy." Yeah. I don't know either. Maybe I'll do one in Norwegian and the other in Dutch. Let me see what I can come up with...
